Uruguay is a beautiful nation in the South America. Montevideo is the capital and the largest city of the nation. Being the capital Montevideo is the center of all major political, economic and cultural activities in the country. Like its neighboring countries Uruguay is a famous tourist destination especially during the winter as you can only see snow on television in Uruguay the climate is relatively warm but not extreme. This country is well known for its beaches, architecture, and nightlife. Taking a flight to Montevideo is the first choice for nightlife lovers as this city not only offers an exciting nightlife but also many other attractions and famous tourist spots like Plaza Independencia, Solis Theater, Gaucho Museum, Parque Prado and Punta Gorda. And that’s not all of it there are many other places and attractions offered by this city alone.
After the sunset most of the tourists would like to go somewhere to have some real fun. Nightlife in Montevideo starts late at night and goes on latter and due to the high influence of Spanish culture people dine and enjoy till very late. Drinking and partying in Montevideo usually starts after 10 at night and most of the nightclubs remain open until 4 and sometimes 6 in the morning. Montevideo hosts some of the best hotels and restaurants in the country. The city is also home to the busiest airport in Uruguay. The Aeropuerto International de Carrasco serves for most of the international flights to Uruguay and also serves for some of the domestic flights connecting Montevideo with rest of the country.
