Emirates Airline has launched a relief program for\u00a0travellers\u00a0who are intending to travel to Christchurch nowadays due to Earthquake, According to this program\u00a0travellers\u00a0can make changes in their trip e.g. they can delay flights, re-route trip to other destination e.g. flights to Auckland<\/a>, Perth, Melbourne & Sydney or eligible for full refund where applicable.<\/p>\n

Travel House UK has made arrangements with collaboration of Emirates Airline to facilitate its passenger with no extra charge, it has waived off all penalties for date change, cancellation and refund.<\/p>\n

Conditions apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Passengers who wish to change date; If the new dates now carry a higher fare than that paid or fall into a higher season or are booked in a higher class, a new ticket must be issued in exchange for the original ticket with the fare difference being paid as an additional collection (ADC).<\/p>\n

2. Passengers ticketed to travel to CHC are permitted to re-route to AKL \/ PER \/ BNE \/ MEL or SYD, provided the fare paid is common rated.\u00a0 New ticket to be issued in exchange for original ticket at no additional charge but taxes should be adjusted accordingly.<\/p>\n

3. Passengers who wish to travel to an alternate destination; a new ticket is to be purchased for the new destination and the original ticket will be processed as a full refund with no cancellation fee.\u00a0 The refund procedure detailed below is to be followed.<\/p>\n

4. Passengers who wish to cancel outright with no re-booking; For departures from the UK to Christchurch up to and including 30 June 2011 only where tickets were issued on\/before 12 June 11, a full refund may be processed.<\/p>\n
