London: British Airways has recently revealed the new look of its Business Class cabins. The 1-2-1 cabin gives ample legroom for all its passengers, and of course, provides access to the aisle without skipping over other sleeping passengers. The sparkling facelift of the British Airways’ Business Class comes at the time when the airline is about to complete its century in service. The airline has planned a \u00a3 6.5 million birthday party, and with this money, it aims to revamp aging infrastructure and purchase new airplanes. As British Airways turns a hundred years old, the airline has decided to shower its customers with a little more luxury in a brand new Business Class cabin.<\/p>\n
British Airways was the first airline in the world to provide flat beds on an airplane. Over the years the airline has seen fierce competition on routes it used to dominate. However, with the Club World Business Class Suites, it aims to redefine luxury travel once more. The Club World cabin is first going to be introduced to the masses in June 2019, on the London to Madrid<\/a> route. At first, it would be a bit strange placing the newest and exclusive business cabin on a flight that only lasts for two hours. However, executives at BA are confident that the tickets will sell like hotcakes. They aim to target the thousands of British tourists planning a Spanish vacation each year, who intend to spend extravagantly on their trips.<\/p>\n Initially, the new Club World Business Class flights would operate between London and Madrid, but as more crew members get trained and the airline fine-tunes the new Business Class environment, the service would be replicated for the London to Toronto flight, in October this year. British Airways plans to reshape its business class product and introduce it to the London to Dubai route where the airline faces tough completion from Emirates.<\/p>\n BA is going to fly A350s on the London to Madrid route. With a suite door added to the passenger cubicle, the airline offers greater privacy to the travellers. An 18-inch screen, Wi-Fi facilities and power plugs sweeten the deal and make Club World a competitive product. Two of BA’s Boeing 777s are also in line to get retrofitted with new Business Class cabin fixtures.
