British Airways have recently released a video under their \u2018Flying with Confidence\u2019 program. The video features a 747 pilot from the British Airways\u2019 fleet, Captain Steve Allright. The pilot gives a visual presentation regarding the extensive training procedures the crew of British Airways undergoes, thus assuring the professional capability and expertise in the best of passengers\u2019 interests.<\/p>\n

The program is to communicate and inform travelers regarding the efforts undergone for ensuring safer flights. Such initiatives are combating psychological problems commonly associated with passengers suffering from claustrophobia and aerophobia.<\/p>\n

The video will be made available in the in-flight entertainment system for all flights of British Airways<\/a><\/strong>. It has been made viral on YouTube, where it\u2019s available on British Airways\u2019 Well Being Channel. The open availability assures British Airways\u2019 corporate social responsibility towards the entire air travelling community.<\/p>\n

Highlighting British Airways concern to the matter at hand, the airline has already launched its own website, www.flyingwithconfidence.com. Pilots and staff are dedicated to lecture on pre-flight anxiety and dealing with traumatic disorders. Courses are conducted in five different airports across UK, namely Edinburgh, Glasgow, Heathrow, Gatwick and London City airports.
