The competition is trough and roasters are normally the preferred cafes. The beans are compared against one another which gives rise to even more competitive nature amongst the growers. Currently one of the hottest cafes in Canberra is the \u2018Lonsdale Street Roasters\u2019 in Braddon. They have a very friendly atmosphere and is always bustling with customers, upon entry you are greeted by the warm scent of their in-house roasted coffee.
