Air China Launches new Flights to Tokyo from Beijing

News added by zak under Airline News

To take advantage of the rising demand for travel from China to Japan, Air China has announced it will launch two new flights to Tokyo Haneda Airport  from Beijing  on 25 October. Tourism to Japan from China has spiralled this year, as a fall in the Japanese yen has made it a more attractive destination.

Two flights will be scheduled daily for the Beijing-Haneda route. The first flight will depart from Beijing at 8.40am and return at 13.50 local time; the second service will depart from Beijing at 17.35 and depart from Tokyo at 8.30am the next day.

Following the launch, Air China will operate five flights daily between Beijing and Tokyo: three between Beijing-Narita, and two between Beijing-Haneda.
