Andaman Langkawi
The mystical island of Langkawi is home to The Andaman at Datai Bay. Situated between the majestic Mat Cincang Range and the deep blue Andaman Sea, the RESORT has been built in the middle of a virgin tropical rainforest.

Centuries old trees, many with huge buttress roots and jungle creepers envelope the resort creating a haven far from the bustle of city life.

Accommodation
The Andaman has 188 deluxe rooms and suites. Each is furnished with king or twin beds, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, writing desk and chair, individually controlled air-conditioning, hairdryer, ceiling fan, in-room safety box and IDD telephone lines. Lanai rooms feature sunning decks with umbrella and are on the first floor.

The Executive Suites, Malaysian Suite and Presidential Suite features king-size beds while the Japanese suite has twin beds. Each suite has one bedroom, a separate living area, spacious balcony and private bar. The Japanese and Malaysia suites are also decorated in authentic style.

SPA
The Spa has three villas; two duplex-style Rainforest Villa overlook the Andaman Sea and includes: two massage beds on each level, large bathtub, garden shower and relaxation terrace. The very private Sari Villa offers more lavish facilities, including a large jacuzzi, garden-shower and relaxation terrace.

	Our Traditional Thai Massage starts with a relaxing Aromatherapy Foot Polish, followed by a Herbal Steam Bath and a Massage ending with a Herbal Poultice to sooth aches and pains. Our Holistic Body Elixir Rituals range from six different series – Purify, Revive, Luxuriate, Invigorate, Nurture and Paradise. Our masks are combined to cleanse, exfoliate, balance and relax.
The Dining Located at level 1 (ground floor), overlooking the swimming pool. Open for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Air-conditioned, restaurant or al-fresco dining on the terrace. Breakfast 0800 to 1100hrs Choose between the Continental Breakfast Buffet and the more extensive American Breakfast Buffet. A-la-carte menu is available. Lunch and Afternoon 1200 to 1830 hrs A light and a-la-carte menu and snacks are served indoors, on the terrace and around the pool. Refreshing drinks and cocktails are available throughout the day. Dinner 1900 to 2230hrs Continental cuisine or Asian specialities are served in an elegant but relaxed atmosphere. Table d'hote menu is available for creating your own set menu. Daily changing Chef Specials are offered. The Restaurant has a fully air-condition wine cellar with an extensive selection. Humidor cabinet with large choice of Cuban, Dominican, Honduran and Jamaican cigars are available.
HOTEL FACILITIES AND SERVICES The Restaurant Located at level 1 (ground floor), overlooking the swimming pool. Open for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Air-conditioned, restaurant or al-fresco dining The Japanese Restaurant Located on ground floor Level 1, overlooking the swimming pool, the restaurant offers authentic Japanese cuisine, including favourites like Sushi, Sashimi or Tempura. An extensive A-la-carte menu is available. Two Teppanyaki counters for live cooking, as well as two separate, private Titami rooms for a traditional way of Japanese dining. Gozen and Andaman Gozen Set Menus are offered. The Business Centre is located at the Main Lobby near the Gift Shop and is open from 09h00 until 22h00 daily. Internet and reading materials are available. The Wine & Dine The Datai Resort, situated at the opposite end of the bay, has three restaurant facilities available to Andaman guests. The Dining Room offers a combination of Western cuisine along with Malaysian specialty dishes. The Pavilion restaurant, elevated amongst the rainforest canopy serves authentic Thai food and The Beach Club, located by the beach offers a different themed buffet every evening. The Mandara Spa, located at The Datai, offers a wide rage of unique and exotic spa treatments for you to enjoy. Reservations for any of The Datai restaurants and Mandara Spa must be made in advance through the Concierge and cross signing facilities are available. With the exception of the restaurants and Mandara Spa, all other facilities of The Datai are reserved for Datai guests.
Organic Facial (1 hour) A six step facial with pure products based on organic herbal ingredients, a perfect prescription for a healthy radiant skin. Traditional Asian Facial (1 hour) A facial using fresh botanical ingredients sourced from nature. Gentle and effective to enhance the condition and appearance of all skin types. Rose Petal Eye Mask (30 minutes) Fresh rose petals hydrate and refresh tired eyes.
