The Federal Villa is located adjacent to its sister hotel, Holiday Villa Langkawi fronting Pantai Tengah which is one of the finest beaches in Langkawi island. The 3-star hotel is sprawled on four acres of land with a breathtaking view of the sea. It offers 88 well-appointed guest rooms and features in-room coffee/tea making facilities, colour television, self-dialed telephone with IDD service, individually controlled air-conditioning, in room personal safes and private balcony.

The hotel is designed to cater to leisure tourists.
