The rooms and chalets are located at 3 main location, the 6 storey tower block, the garden chalets and the Water Chalets. The tower block and the garden chalets are located on the shore (land), whereas the water chalets are located on stilts on the sea.

The Garden Seaview rooms come twin bedded (2 single beds).
Garden Chalets : On Land with Garden Views
The Garden Chalets come either with a king size bed or Twin bedded (2 Single Bed). All Garden Chalets have an open bathroom concept. All Rooms are also designed with a furnished out door balcony.
Standard Water Chalets : On the sea with partial view of the sea.

Junior Suites : On Land In The Tower Block Facing The Sea
Junior suites consists of master bedroom with a king size bed with an ensuite master bathroom. A separate dining and lounge area provides a spectacular sea front view.
Duplex Suites : On Land In The Tower Block Facing The Sea
The master bedroom equipped with a king size bed with an ensuite master bathroom is located on the upper level whereas the lounge, pangkin bed and the dining area is located on the lower level. An additional guest bathroom is available.
Riau Suites : On Land In The Tower Block Facing The Sea
These two-level Riau Suite is located on the 6th Floor (the highest Floor) in the Tower Block. The lower floor comes with a living room and a kitchenette. The upper floor comes with two bedrooms, the master bedroom and a smaller room. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and the other room with 1 queen size bed. The other room at the lower floor comes twin bedded (2 Single beds) and a Pangkin Bed.
Water Suites : On the sea with Seaview
The Water Suites consist of One Master Bedroom and a separate dining cum living area. The master bedroom comes with 1 king size bed, a queen size Pangkin Bed and an ensuite open air bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi. The dining cum living area comes with a dining table set a sofa set and with a single Pangkin Bed attached. This area opens to the balcony that offers view of the open sea. Fully stocked mini bar is provided along with other international services and facilities.
Avery Suites : Out On The Open Sea At The Tip Of The Fingers
The Water Suites consist of Two Master Bedrooms and a living cum dining room. The main master bedroom comes with 1 king size bed, a queen size Pangkin Bed, an ensuite open air bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi and a private balcony that opens to the open sea, whereas the other master bedroom comes with 1 king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The dining cum living room comes with a dining table set a sofa set and with a single Pangkin Bed attached. This area opens to another balcony that offer views of the open sea.All chalets come with a fixed-to-the-wall pangkin bed (day bed) or bunk which is convertible to an additional bed.
