The Harare International Airport, said to have Africa's longest runway which is 4,725 meters long, lays 7miles from the sunlit city. The spacious airport has two terminals and an annual capacity of 500, 000 passengers. There are 13 aircraft stands at the international airport of Zimbabwe.

The airport is equipped with adequate amenities which include:
