The Douala International Airport is located 10km southeast of Cameroon's largest city, Douala. It serves to the public as well as the military and is therefore the country's busiest airport.

It is recommended to take care of your belongings as pickpockets are very common. The airport officials are also said to be taking bribes from foreigners.
The airport facilities however limited include:

•  Duty free shopping
