Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport  is the major airport in the United States state of Alaska located 4 nautical miles (7 km) southwest of downtown Anchorage.

A free shuttle bus runs daily 24 hours every 15 minutes between the terminals and the car hire area. The airport is clearly signposted from the city centre, from which one should take 5th Avenue, turn left onto L Street and Minnesota Drive, then turn left along International Airport Road.

Facilities:

Money and communications: There is a bureau de change, ATMs, a post office and a bank.
Eating and drinking: There are restaurants and bars located in both terminals.
Shopping: Shops include duty-free, located in the North (international) Terminal.
Luggage: There is a lost property office located on the Departures (upper) level of the South (domestic) Terminal (tel: (907) 266 2623) and a baggage storage facility, also in the South (domestic) Terminal of the Airport on the lower (Arrivals) level opposite baggage reclaim.
Other facilities: The Alaska Native Medical Centre has a desk in the South Terminal. There is also a barber shop, and a massage and rest centre.

Parking: Short-term car parking is available at both terminals; there is a multi-storey car park at the South Terminal. Long-term parking is available in close proximity to the South Terminal.
